Observed two shelves above milk full causing no air flow throughout cooler. Operator rearranged cooler to provide better air flow and moved milk to top shelf near fan. Also, house made bread pudding (44F -Cold Holding)in front display case. Operator stated employee left door open on display case. Rechecked temp at end of inspection and bread pudding was 43F and milk at 46F. **Corrective Action Taken**

Observed cooked pork belly, beef empanadas (127F-129F - Hot Holding); in display food warmer at front counter. Operator stated employee left door open during lunch rush. Operator raised temp of food warmer. And placed pork belly and empanadas in oven to reheat to 165F.
