Operator observed bucket where solution came from at triple sink needed to be changed. Operator remade all sanitize buckets and retested at 200ppm
- 03A-02-5:High Priority - Time/temperature control for safety food cold held at greater than 41 degrees Fahrenheit. bleu cheese crumbles, sauerkraut (45F-46F - Cold Holding); in reach-in cooler drawers across from table between grill and fryer area. Operator stated items were placed in cooler about 1 hour ago and that cooler was defrosted and unplugged overnight. Operator removed TCS foods and placed in nearby cooler to chill. **Corrective Action Taken**
