  • 33-15-4:Basic - Garbage can located outside has no lid or lid open/broken. Observed large wooden container with no lid used as a garbage receptacle stored next to dumpster.
  • 12A-07-5:High Priority - Employee failed to wash hands before putting on gloves to initiate a task working with food. Observed employee on cook line handle raw bacon then touch a ready to eat burger bun without changing gloves and washing hands. Inspector educated employee proper handwashing procedures. **Corrective Action Taken**

Observed multiple food items prepared on site in walk-in cooler with no date marker. Person in charge stated food items were prepared 2 days prior and added date marker.
