The manager plugged cooler back in. **Corrective Action Taken**

See stop sale. Blanched fries stored on thaw rack near reach in cooler and end of cooks line, employee added time marking on blanched fries. Corrected On-Site
- 29-42-4:High Priority - Vacuum breaker missing at mop sink faucet or on fitting/splitter added to mop sink faucet. Vacuum breaker on mop sink is installed before splitter, spoke with manager about installing vacuum breaker after splitter on non chemical side.
