- 29-18-4:Basic - Drain cover(s) missing. Observed drain cover missing at mop sink and under Dish machine. Manager placed both drain covers back on. **Corrected On-Site**
- 12B-07-4:Basic - Employee beverage container on a food preparation table or over/next to clean equipment/utensils. Observed employee drink stored on top of prep table in breakfast area. Manager removed and stored properly. **Corrected On-Site**
- 12A-29-4:High Priority - Employee touched soiled surface and then engaged in food preparation, handled clean equipment or utensils, or touched unwrapped single-service items without washing hands. Observed employee drop towel on floor use tongs to pick up and continue to pull bacon from oven using the same towel and tongs. Manager spoke to employee to wash and sanitize tongs and towel. **Corrective Action Taken**

Observed on breakfast bar Diced tomatoes (52F - Cold Holding); Cooked ham (54F - Cold Holding). Employee stated she replenished the items at 8am. Employee placed more ice in between stainless pans. **Corrective Action Taken**
