  • 51-16-7:Intermediate - - From initial inspection : Intermediate - No plan review submitted and approved - renovations were made or are in progress. Must submit plans and plan review application to DBPR H and R Plan Review office located at 2601 Blair Stone Rd., Tallahassee, FL 32399-1011. Plans must be submitted AND approved within 60 days. The direct link to the Plan Review page is http://www.myfloridalicense.com/DBPR/hotels-restaurants/licensing/plan-review/. The previous approved plans do not match the existing lay out and kitchen equipment during the licensing inspection. A pizza oven has been added and the dishmachine and gas kabob grill have been removed. The triple sink has been relocated and chest freezer has been added.hand sink has been removed in cooking area . The owner states he will put it back in original location. Warning - From follow-up inspection 2024-11-19: Plans have been submitted and approved but at callback inspection the hand wash sink in the cooking area has not been connected to the water supply or drain line. As per the chef the plumber is scheduled to complete the installation by next Tuesday. **Time Extended**
