Inspector did observe employees properly washing hands at time of inspection. Operator did state that a repair is being scheduled to address the leak in the pipe for the cold water. Warning - From follow-up inspection 2023-10-12: Observed handwash sink to the right left of the of the walk-in cooler with hot and cold running water. Observed handwash sink with only hot water at 140F and no cold water. Operator will reach out to have handwash sink repaired to restore cold water. **Time Extended**
