  • 23-24-4:Basic - Buildup of food debris/soil residue on equipment door handles on walk-in freezer and walk-in freezer door handles. Repeat Violation
  • 14-11-5:Basic - Equipment in poor repair. Walk-in cooler at time of inspection was non-operational with an ambient air temperature of 78F. Food items were stored in walk-in freezer and reach-in coolers. Inspector confirmed no time/temperature control for safety food were being stored in walk-in cooler at time of inspection.
  • 36-27-5:Basic - Floors, walls, and ceilings soiled with accumulated food debris, grease, dust, or mold-like substance. - Wall soiled with accumulated grease and food debris to the left of the fryers and behind reach-in coolers on make line across from pizza ovens. - Wall behind cook line soiled with food debris. - Wall soiled with slime in dishwashing area. - Floor soiled with accumulation of debris underneath three compartment sink and in hallway near floor mixer. - Ceiling tiles soiled with water stains in rear area of establishment near rear exit door and to the right of the warewashing room. - Floor in walk-in cooler soiled with an accumulation of food debris.

Toxic chemicals stored next to seasoned salt container on shelf underneath prep table. Operator moved.
