Only use single-service items to serve food to customers until approved sanitizer is available for warewashing. Observed a non food contact surfaces sanitizer. Employee went to store to buy correct sanitizer.
- 28-29-5:High Priority - Mobile food dispensing vehicle disposing of wastewater at an unapproved location. Waste water blue boy on ground under the truck Mfdv is not at the commissary location at time of inspection.
