Discontinue use of dishmachine for sanitizing and set up manual sanitization until dishmachine is repaired and sanitizing properly. Dishwasher was not pumping sanitation properly the chlorine and detergent. Not pumping through tubes. Three compartment sink was fully functional with quaternary sanitation.
