Water is leaking from ceiling tile right next to a hand sink and in front of fryers. The spot that ceiling is linking from is in a high traffic area coming from the walk in to the cook line and return. A industrial garbage can is used to catch water dripping. When the can is full it is then dumped out the back door on the ground per operator. Warning - From follow-up inspection 2024-08-06: Initial area that was leaking has been fixed. It is now leaking in the office. **Time Extended** - From follow-up inspection 2024-08-15: Roof is still leaking on cook line in front of the fryers and next to the hand sink at the end of the cook line. Floor is wet from the leaking from roof in that area. As stated in previous inspection this is a high traffic area employees have to walk through this area to get to and from the walk in cooler with food. Admin Complaint
