Observed : in the reach-in cooler: Swiss cheese 59°, provolone 60°, these came from the main kitchen at 11:00. ALSO, sliced ham 53°, sliced turkey 49°, these were brought from the kitchen at 11:00. Then egg salad 47°. Milk 46°. The egg salad was in the reach-in cooler overnight, as was chicken and tuna salads. The unit was emptied. **Corrective Action Taken**
