  • 23-03-4:Basic - Nonfood-contact surface soiled with grease, food debris, dirt, slime or dust. Observed: on the slushee machine, the silver plate behind the slushee ports is soiled.
  • 29-30-4:Basic - Water filter not located to facilitate disassembly for periodic servicing and cleaning. Observed: the 3 water filters are blocked in a corner, by shelves on each side. They were last changed 12-2023.
  • 22-02-4:Intermediate - Food-contact surface soiled with food debris, mold-like substance or slime. Observed: the hot hold cabinet for the drive thru has an accumulation of debris on the inside ledges. ALSO, the tea spout at the drive thru has buildup, and so does the Mt Dew diffuser.

  • 35A-02-6:High Priority - Live, small flying insects in kitchen, food preparation area, food storage area and/or bar area. Observed: a fly in between the 2 make lines by the 3 door reach-in freezer.
  • 12A-09-4:High Priority - Single-use gloves not changed as needed after changing tasks or when damaged or soiled. Observed: drive thru expo staff hike pants with gloves on, and continued working, no glove change.
