- 23-03-4:Basic - Nonfood-contact surface soiled with grease, food debris, dirt, slime or dust. Observed: on the slushee machine, the silver plate behind the slushee ports is soiled.
- 29-30-4:Basic - Water filter not located to facilitate disassembly for periodic servicing and cleaning. Observed: the 3 water filters are blocked in a corner, by shelves on each side. They were last changed 12-2023.

- 35A-02-6:High Priority - Live, small flying insects in kitchen, food preparation area, food storage area and/or bar area. Observed: a fly in between the 2 make lines by the 3 door reach-in freezer.
- 12A-09-4:High Priority - Single-use gloves not changed as needed after changing tasks or when damaged or soiled. Observed: drive thru expo staff hike pants with gloves on, and continued working, no glove change.
