All the spaces were then filled with pans of food. Egg and cut tomato's were cooling rapidly. The unit was being stocked just prior to temperatures being taken. **Corrective Action Taken** Repeat Violation Admin Complaint - From follow-up inspection 2025-10-06: Reach-in cooler closest to the register: lettuce 44F, tomatoes 53F, eggs 51F.
