- 10-06-5:Basic - In-use utensil not stored with handle above the top of time/temperature control for safety food and rim of the container. Handle for scoop in pan of lettuce in prep are reach-in cooler. Manager placed scoop in pan correctly. **Corrected On-Site**
- 16-46-4:Basic - Old labels stuck to food containers after cleaning. Containers stored on shelf across from mop sink. Manager returned pans to dish area to be rewashed. **Corrective Action Taken**
- 12A-20-4:High Priority - Employee washed hands with no soap. Employee cracked eggs rinsed hands without soap and put on gloves to handle to go containers. Inspector stopped employee and had employee wash hands and change gloves. **Corrective Action Taken**
- 41-17-4:Intermediate - Spray bottle containing toxic substance not labeled. Spray bottle hanging on shelf above mop sink.
