- 14-69-4:Basic - Ice buildup in reach-in freezer and/or walk-in freezer. Observed: inside the entrance to the walk-in freezer, an accumulation of ice on the floor.

- 51-13-4:Basic - No Heimlich maneuver/choking sign posted. Observed: lack of a choking poster. One was emailed.
- 03A-02-5:High Priority - Time/temperature control for safety food cold held at greater than 41 degrees Fahrenheit. Observed sliced cheese in the fry line reach-in cooler, 47F. This was moved to the walk-in freezer and then after it reached 43F it was moved to the walk-in cooler. This pan of cheese was prepped this morning. Corrected On-Site Repeat Violation Admin Complaint
