  • 36-24-5:Basic - Hole in or other damage to wall. Observed: an access hole in the wall by the soda machine.
  • 22-41-4:High Priority - Dishmachine chlorine sanitizer not at proper minimum strength. Discontinue use of dishmachine for sanitizing and set up manual sanitization until dishmachine is repaired and sanitizing properly. Observed: 0 ppm for chlorine in the dish wash machine. The sanitizer jug was replaced and they are priming it now. **Corrective Action Taken**
