- 10-18-5:Basic - In-use utensil stored in sanitizer between uses. Observed: 2 pairs of tongs in sanitizer by the drive thru. These were removed. **Corrected On-Site**
- 03C-44-5:High Priority - Cooked poultry not reaching a minimum internal temperature of 165 degrees Fahrenheit. Observed: when chicken was brought out of the cooking unit, the thickest piece was at 162°.
