Observed the 'grey Y' ice activator at the soda machine has an accumulation of foreign substance. The staff worked on cleaning it. ALSO, the tomato slicer blade and sliding plates had dried food debris on them. This was placed in hot soapy water to soak. **Corrective Action Taken**
