Owner/Operator states he paid the renewal fee for his license but it was not sent to him. Inspector explained that he will have to log-in to the website, and print it himself.
  • 22-41-4:High Priority - Dishmachine chlorine sanitizer not at proper minimum strength. Discontinue use of dishmachine for sanitizing and set up manual sanitization until dishmachine is repaired and sanitizing properly: Dish machine sanitizer tested to 0ppm. Owner/Operator attempted to prime the machine but no sanitizer was coming out. During inspection Owner/Operator worked on the dish machine and got the sanitizer to work. Retested to 100ppm. Corrected On-Site
  • 31A-11-4:Intermediate - Handwash sink used for purposes other than handwashing: Hand-wash sink in kitchen had clean dishes drying in it. Owner/Operator stated that since they were closing in a few minutes he washed some real quick and put them there to air dry. He had an employee remove them. Corrected On-Site
