Observed large accumulation of grease leaking from outdoor grease container onto the ground that was leaking. The grease leaked into the alleyway behind the establishment and retention pond. City of Fort Walton Beach arrived and covered the affected alleyway with sand and will have the city street sweeper clean up the sand that was applied. Grease in the dumpster area has not been covered by sand, management stated that they are making arrangements to clean this area. Management has a new grease container being delivered.
