  • 22-20-5:Basic - Accumulation of black/green mold-like substance in the interior of the ice machine/bin: Ice bin under soda machine at wait station is dirty in the back at the top. General Manager will have it cleaned when they close tonight.
  • 14-01-5:Basic - Bowl or other container with no handle used to dispense food: Pans used as scoops in both of the rice bins. General Manager removed the pans from the rice. Corrected On-Site
