However, all the certificates are expired. Warning - From follow-up inspection 2026-01-23: New training certificates have not been issued yet. **Time Extended**

Spoke with District Manager and she stated they have a broken hot water line. They do have a work order in with a plumbing company to get it fixed next week (they had to go through the Landlord of the building they are in to get permission).
