- 29-34-4:High Priority - Vacuum breaker missing at hose bibb attached to potable water hose for unit.
- 03D-15-4:Intermediate - Food being cooled by nonapproved method. Observed cooked cheese pizza cups ambient cooling in closed thickly stacked plastic container in tall reach-in cooler. Operator removed lid and added ice. **Corrective Action Taken**
