- 08B-49-4:Basic - Employee personal food not properly identified and segregated from food to be served to the public. Observed employee food bowl and utensils mixed in with food for public at entrance to unit, right side, with sauces, over reach-in freezer.
- 24-15-4:Basic - Equipment located in an area not protected from overhead leakage of pipes, drains and other sources. Observed dish ware stored under ac unit with dripping condensation. Dishware must be washed, rinsed and sanitized prior to use.
