- 14-42-4:Basic - Hood filter missing/in disrepair from automatic fire suppression/exhaust system. Middle hood filter at small hood system in disrepair creating a gap and on far left large hood system. Manager states a repair/replacement order has been made. **Corrective Action Taken**
- 29-49-6:Basic - Standing water in bottom of reach-in-cooler. Standing water observed in bottom of far left reach in cooler in kitchen. Repeat Violation
- 35A-09-4:High Priority - Presence of insects, rodents, or other pests. One live lizard at stored hose at back storage area.
- 03A-02-5:High Priority - Time/temperature control for safety food cold held at greater than 41 degrees Fahrenheit. Ranch dressing packets containing dairy on ice water bath on front service counter. Observed packets in container floating above the ice water chill line. Temperature at 54F. Manager moved ranch dressing to the cooler. Raw chicken in breading container held on the counter in the kitchen at 49F. Employee states chicken was placed in breading approximately 5 minutes earlier. Employee placed chicken in the fryer and cooked to 216F. **Corrective Action Taken**
