Observed employee taking customer payment. Employee then removed hot pretzels from baking sheet, when picking up each one with tongs, held the pretzel with tongs and used bare hands to support the weight of the pretzels when putting in front holding case. No handwashing done after customer payment and before touching baked pretzels.
