- 36-32-5:Basic - Ceiling/ceiling tile shows damage or is in disrepair. Observed two small holes in kitchen ceiling where pipes enter the ceiling.
- 24-08-4:Basic - Equipment and utensils not properly air-dried - wet nesting. Observed plastic pans wet stacked on shelf next to dish machine.
- 36-24-5:Basic - Hole in or other damage to wall and ceiling. Observed hole/ opening in wall in back kitchen where soda lines go into wall. Owner plugged hole and taped over until permanent repairs could be completed. **Corrective Action Taken**
