  • 33-14-4:Basic - Dumpster overflowing garbage.
  • 14-11-5:Basic - Equipment in poor repair. Observed walk-in cooler is not working at proper temperature. As the inspection was being conducted, the technician was on site fixing the coolers.
  • 10-20-4:Basic - In-use tongs stored on equipment door handle between uses. Observed tongs stored on stove door handle. Manager removed the tongs and stored properly. Corrected On-Site
  • 33-10-4:Basic - Inside/outside of dumpster not clean.
  • 36-64-5:Basic - Objectionable odors in bathroom or other areas of the establishment. Observed a strong odor outside located by the dumpster area.
