- 14-11-5:Basic - Equipment in poor repair. Observed walk-in cooler is not working at proper temperature. As the inspection was being conducted, the technician was on site fixing the coolers.
- 10-20-4:Basic - In-use tongs stored on equipment door handle between uses. Observed tongs stored on stove door handle. Manager removed the tongs and stored properly. Corrected On-Site
