Observed diced raw tuna in commercially processed reduced oxygen packaging, not removed from packaging prior to thawing, stored inside reach in cooler. Discussed with employee proper thawing requirements, employee began to remove fish from ROP packaging. **Corrective Action Taken**

Observed shrimp (46F-47F - Cold Holding) located at reach in cooler drawers, due to the constant opening and closing of cooler drawers, ambient temperature on cooler observed at 37F.
