- 14-09-4:Basic - Cutting board has cut marks and is no longer cleanable. Observed green auxiliary cutting board at salad station with marks not easy to clean.
- 24-08-4:Basic - Equipment and utensils not properly air-dried - wet nesting. Observed at drying rack over main 3 compartment sink.
