Management stated they had a plumber come out and look at floor, they could not locate cause of leak. They then called hydro scout, they came out today and located source and marked off floor. The plumber will be back out today to tear up floor and try to repair leak source. Establishment was informed by inspector that if the plumber turns off the water to make repairs they must close operation during process. They cannot open and operate without water. Repeat Violation Warning - From follow-up inspection 2025-07-23: Observed water seeping through floor/Wall tile at mop sink area with standing water on floor through out kitchen. Technician was scheduled to come out yesterday between 1pm and 3 pm. He did not show or repair leak.
