- 32-04-4:Basic - Bathroom located inside establishment not completely enclosed with tight-fitting, self-closing doors. No self closing doors for both bathrooms.
- 36-37-5:Basic - Ceiling not smooth, nonabsorbent and easily cleanable in food preparation, food storage, or warewashing areas. 2) The coffee bar with open/exposed ceilings is limited to beverage related activities only. No food preparation or food handling may occur. Observed oven at coffee bar. Operator stated oven will be moved in food preparation are/kitchen. Construction materials must be durable. Exposed joists and rafters constructed of durable materials are allowed. Painted concrete ceilings are allowed. Decorative items and attachments that are provided for ambiance need not meet this requirement if they are kept clean. Sewer lines must be shielded to intercept potential drips. Foam insulation must be sealed rendering it cleanable. Non-durable HVAC insulation,raw wood and fabric materials are not permitted. If contamination from the ceiling is observed, or the ceiling is not properly cleaned the installation of a flat, smooth, and easily cleanable ceiling above the coffee bar will be required. 3) Client has agreed to install smooth, easily cleanable, and non-absorbent ceiling tiles above the preparation area. All food prep, food storage, dishwashing, and dry storage will occur in the prep area.
