Check in window and pro shop window not up to standard for proviso that was submitted for plan review. 1) AIR CURTAINS OR AND SLIDING GLASS SERVICE WINDOWS MUST BE PRESENT IF THE FOOD PREP AREA IS EXPOSED TO ENVIRONMENTAL CROSS CONTAMINATION TO PREVENT THE ENTRANCE OF INSECTS OR VERMIN. 2) INSPECTOR TO VERIFY THE PRESENCE OF AIR CURTAINS OR SLIDING GLASS SERVICE WINDOWS. 3) PROVIDE DRAINBOARDS OR THEIR EQUIVALENT ON EACH SIDE OF THE THREE-COMPARTMENT SINK. 4) HANDWASHING SINK MUST BE ACCESSIBLE AT ALL TIMES. THE INSTALLATION OF A SHELF OR TABLE THAT CAN COVER THE HANDWASHING SINK IS NOT ALLOWED. 5) PLANS PROVIDED MUST ACCURATELY REFLECT ALL FOOD SERVICE EQUIPMENT AND ITS LOCATION IN THE ESTABLISHMENT.
