  • 23-03-4:Basic - Nonfood-contact surface soiled with grease, food debris, dirt, slime or dust. Observed gaskets at reach in cooler across from bread racks at cook line soiled. Observed soda machine dispenser soiled with debris at dining area.

  • 06-09-1:Basic - Commercially processed reduced oxygen packaged fish bearing a label indicating that it is to remain frozen until time of use no longer frozen and not removed from reduced oxygen package. Observed 4 commercially processed ROP tuna steak already thawed inside sealed packaging. Manager discarded them .
  • 08B-47-4:Basic - Food not stored at least 6 inches off of the floor. Observed soda stored in cardboard boxes , not 6 inches off of the floor.
  • 14-69-4:Basic - Ice buildup in reach-in freezer and/or walk-in freezer. Observed at time of inspection ice buildup up on curtains in walk in freezer.
  • 29-19-4:Basic - Standing water in floor drain/floor drain draining very slowly. Observed slow floor drain in prep area. Manager had employee unclog and mop. Corrected On-Site
  • 21-09-4:Basic - Wet wiping cloths used for occasional spills on equipment food- and nonfood-contact surfaces not clean. Observed wet towel left on the top of the reach in cooler . Manager moved it to inside the sanitizer bucket . Corrected On-Site
