- 29-42-4:High Priority - Vacuum breaker missing at mop sink faucet or on fitting/splitter added to mop sink faucet: Mop sink has a splitter on it with only one hose. There is a vacuum breaker on the top of the splitter but not on each side. Inspector explained to the General Manager the correct positioning of the vacuum breaker and the need for a second one if they keep the splitter.
