To order approved program food safety material, call DBPR contracted provider: Florida Restaurant and Lodging Association (SafeStaff) 866-372-7233: Establishment has two employees besides the Owner/Operator. The Owner/Operator thought one of them had to have a Certifed Food Manager for the times when he isn't here. However, this inspector gave corrective feedback. Owner/Operator will purchase the employee training materials and give the training. Warning
