- 12B-13-4:Basic - Opened employee beverage container in a cold holding unit with food to be served to customers. Gallon of milk in Avantco reach in cooler on same shelf as foods for customer service. Manager moved milk to bottom of cooler away from other foods. Corrected On-Site
- 22-43-4:High Priority - Quaternary ammonium sanitizer (other) not at proper minimum strength for manual warewashing. Do not use equipment/utensils not properly sanitized. Triple sink sanitizer Ecolab Sink and Surface Sanitizer reading greater than 1130ppm. Safe range is 272-700ppm.
