In warming unit at front counter: chicken (93F - Hot Holding). Manager stated the chicken has been in warmer since this morning and voluntarily discarded the chicken during this inspection. Manager stated the chicken is held using temperature for safety and time for quality. **Corrective Action Taken**
- 41-10-4:High Priority - Toxic substance/chemical improperly stored. Two condiment cups containing dish soap stored on shelf directly above box containing single-use bowls in kitchen near three-compartment sink. Employee placed dish soap on the sink during his inspection. **Corrected On-Site**
- 31A-11-4:Intermediate - Handwash sink used for purposes other than handwashing. Ice dumped into handwashing sink at front counter.
