- 06-01-5:Basic - Time/temperature control for safety food thawed in an improper manner. Large piece of frozen pork in pan on bottom of rolling rack in kitchen at room temperature. Employee at cookline stated the pork was thawing. Inspector had employee place the pork into the cooler to continue thawing under refrigeration. **Corrective Action Taken**
- 08B-17-4:Basic - Unwashed fruits/vegetables stored with ready-to-eat food. Pan containing unwashed onions stored on shelf in kitchen directly above packets of ranch and bottles of mayonnaise. Employee moved bin of onions to the bottom shelf during this inspection. **Corrected On-Site**
