- 14-06-4:Basic - Wood surface not properly sealed. Several wooden shelves and/or boxes constructed from unsealed wood in kitchen.
- 02C-03-5:Intermediate - Commercially processed ready-to-eat, time/temperature control for safety food opened and held more than 24 hours not properly date marked after opening. Opened cheesecake on display inside prestige case at front counter without date mark. Manager stated it was opened six days prior and voluntarily discarded it during this inspection. **Corrective Action Taken**
