- 08B-38-4:Basic - Food stored on floor. Observed buss tub of food on floor in walk -in cooler. Operator moved buss tub to shelf. **Corrected On-Site**
- 36-24-5:Basic - Hole in or other damage to wall. Observed approximately 8" x 8" rusted hole in wall at mop sink.

Ambient temperature 55F of 2 door flip top cooler across from flat top grill. Operator stated item had been put in cooler approximately 1 hour earlier. Operator removed items and placed in walk-in cooler to bring temperatures down. Operator discontinued use of 2 door flip top cooler and stated she would call repair. **Corrective Action Taken**

Observed multiple items in walk -in cooler with out date marks. Educated operator on date marking. Operator instructed employees to place labels and dates on items held more than 24 hours.
