- 12A-09-4:High Priority - Single-use gloves not changed as needed after changing tasks or when damaged or soiled. Observed in main kitchen area employee preparing raw Chicken with gloves. Employee grabbed serving container food contact surface and touched the cooked chicken and failed to remove soiled gloves,wash hands . Employee put chicken back in to fryer, placed soiled dish in dishwasher area,removed soiled gloves,washed hand and put on clean gloves.
