  • 36-32-5:Basic - Ceiling/ceiling tile shows damage or is in disrepair. Drop ceiling tracks in the back room have come loose and ceiling is bowed/hanging down. Ceiling vent above three compartment sink has mold-like build-up.
  • 41-10-4:High Priority - Toxic substance/chemical improperly stored. A bottle of restroom cleaner was stored on the back room shelving, adjacent to paper food bags and directly above crispy onions and pecans. Operator removed the cleaner to the chemical storage area. Corrected On-Site
