Educated Operator on proper storage of wet wiping cloths completely submerged in sanitizer solution. Operator removed cloth and placed in sanitizer bucket. Corrected On-Site
- 41-10-4:High Priority - Toxic substance/chemical improperly stored. A spray bottle containing cleaner was stored hanging on the dry storage shelving next to a case of coffee which creates a potential contamination hazard. Operator moved the spray bottle away from food. Corrected On-Site
- 29-42-4:High Priority - Vacuum breaker missing at mop sink splitter added to mop sink faucet. A vacuum breaker/ backflow device has been added above the brass splitter. Educated Operator that when a splitter is added a backflow device must be present on both of the splitter outlets. One side of the splitter is connected to a chemical dispensing unit, which already has a built-in backflow protection. The other side of the splitter has a three-foot hose attached and needs to have the backflow prevention moved to that outlet.
