Observed plastic ramekin stored in the diced tomatoes in the walk-in cooler near the cook line. Observed a metal pan stored in the bucket of breading flour.
  • 36-32-5:Basic - Ceiling/ceiling tile shows damage or is in disrepair in the dishwashing area. Seams have come loose allowing 3" gaps open into the area above the ceiling.
