- 12B-07-4:Basic - Employee beverage container on a food preparation table or over/next to clean equipment/utensils. Multiple personal drinks observed on prep tables, next to top of ice cream freezer and on the prep surface at the cook line. Discussed with Operator the importance of a designated place for personal drinks, below and away from food, food contact surfaces and equipment.
- 13-07-4:Basic - Employee wearing jewelry other than a plain ring on their hands/arms while preparing food. Cook on the line was cutting peppers wearing a wristwatch.
- 08B-31-4:Basic - Food stored in undrained ice. Whole raw oysters stored in a pan of melted ice/water in the walk-in cooler. Chef had employee empty the water and replace the ice on the oysters. **Corrected On-Site**
