Per plan review operator was previously informed of requirements via email and confirmed understanding stating the following "Contruction finishes are the same as the kitchen". However the establishment remains contrary to instructions provided. Immediate corrective action is required before license can be given. Ceiling surfaces must be smooth, nonabsorbent and easily cleanable in all food preparation, food storage, or warewashing areas.
  • 24-27-4:Basic - Observed hand washing sink next to 3 compartment sink and behind front counter without splash guards installed. Per plan review operator was previously informed of requirements via email and confirmed understanding stating the following "A new HWS with side splash will be installed".
