  • 03A-02-5:High Priority - Time/temperature control for safety food cold held at greater than 41 degrees Fahrenheit. Observed garlic and oil mix held at 61F - Cold Holding. Per manager mix is kept at ambient temperature and had only been out for about 1 hour. Manager placed in ice bath to rapid cooling. Mix was located on prep table.
