Observed dish machine with a reading of 0ppm chlorine after sanitize rinse, operator putting a work order in, will use the 3-compartment sink for the dishes. **Corrective Action Taken**
  • 24-08-4:Basic - Equipment and utensils not properly air-dried - wet nesting. Observed clear containers stacked on the shelf in back of kitchen with water in between and not air drying properly.
